I’d like to express my most sincere gratitude to the help I got from Stephanie, she did her absolute best to help my mom .. when I express an issue she was right there to help, however , she can’t be every where at the same time … the owner of the facility should be ashamed of himself for having 2 PCA’s in a building with over 30 patients .. the most of PCAs are lazy just sit there all day on their phones and don’t care about the people whom are there … on many occasion I found my mom full of urine and not bathe That’s elder... read more
It was a very joyful experience; staff were very courteous, all my needs were met : Stephanie the social worker always there when I needed her and she made things so easy !

I appreciate all 3 shifts here in the nursing depths. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MY SOCIAL WORKER : STEPHANIE WHO ALWAYS HELPED ME WHENEVER I NEEDED" SHE FIXED MY GLASSES ; BROUGHTME CLOTHES AND ALWAYS ANSWERED MY CALLS AND TEXTS! I am currently a resident at this facility. The staff is friendly, kind and conscientious. They don't treat us like patience they treat us like family the social workers are also wonderful staff, I am currently working personally with Stephanie Bates and I couldn't ask for a better person to handle my needs.
