I never wrote a review before, but this place is so horrible and pathetic that it feels wrong not to warn others. I went here directly from being released from the hospital after breaking 9 bones.the 2 emts who were transporting me to advanced literally warned me about how awful advanced is and asked me if I was sure I wanted them to take me there. I was brought to my room which had a messy bed, a used cup on the table and found out the tv was broken.there is a button in the rooms that lets a nurse know u need help. The butt... read more
6 months there and I never took one shower; only bathed by a plastic bucket with watm water and soap. Some of the nursing aides are either slow to answering the call bells or not at all. Physical therapy leaves a lot to be desired.
The new director, Destiny, is truly a godsend. She’s already making such positive changes, and it’s clear she genuinely cares. I really appreciate people who put in the effort to make things better. When I shared my concerns about my aunt needing better treatment, Destiny listened right away and made sure she received everything she needed. That meant a lot to me and my family.
