When I first came here ; I couldn’t walk ; this facility helped me in many ways and to get back on my feet! I appreciate all the staff here that made this possible !! Stephanie was very helpful and kind and couldn’t have asked for a better social worker !! ❤️
I was here for 3 months, the staff is hardworking and kind.My social worker here was Stephanie Bates who was very nice and could be reached anytime by text, she responded quickly with satisfactory results. Thanks Stephanie

If I could give this place a negative star I would. My mother was admitted here on July 10, 2025, and the care was unacceptable. She was placed in a bed with soiled sheets, left unfed, ignored when she rang for help, and almost overmedicated. Her wound VAC was not connected properly, leaving her at risk of serious infection—which she is now fighting. The facility smelled so bad you couldn’t eat if you wanted to, and the food itself was a disgrace. Staff groaned about helping her, the social worker never checked in, and the a... read more
I just wanted to say thank you so much to Advanced Nursing and Rehab Center for helping me get back on my feet again! I see a few negative reviews ; such as the last one, and I have no idea where this comes from! This place is beautifully renovated, the people are great! Rehab is amazing, and my social worker Stephanie just has the heart of gold! I appreciate all of you!
