Looks like my previous post was removed. Truth hurts.
this place offers horrible services. i waited over a month for my surgery when conservative treatments failed. the day of my surgery dr song canceled it and i have not heard anything from them. ive left several voicemails and they say someone will call you back but never do. just lazy selfish people. i do not recommend this place to anyone.
The receptionist with the brown hair is VERY RUDE , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY unwelcoming. I suggest you take yourself someone else because you will feel extremely uncomfortable even checking in. Seems like she hates her job! Bad attitude won’t get you anywhere. I will never come back
Staff at Advanced Neurosurgery was pleasant & helpful. Very considerate of us traveling far with our elderly parent & did as much as they could to keep us from having to travel back & forth for appointments. us from
