Flat out refused to see us due to the Dr's lack of knowledge and experience. Said we'd have better luck going to a University.
These people are completely unprofessional, I have an ongoing prescription with them but apparently because I have Medicaid they cannot see me anymore or fill my prescription anymore. This is a very important prescription! The receptionist I talked to was extremely rude and the doctor I was seeing there just up and left I am so scared and angry I am appalled at their behavior. Do NOT go to these people!
I would give a negative star if I could. I had a referral and dropped my medical records off mid August. I called them a few days ago and they have decided not to see me and send me to pain management. I don't understand, my leg is numb with very little pain. I asked why I didn't get a letter from them, they informed me they don't let the patient know. When I first dropped my records off I called twice a week and they never said they wouldn't see me. Worst communication EVER!!!!
