Rude and unprofessional staff. I needed their office to call the insurance-provided car service to confirm that I had an appointment so the car would pick me up and drop me off in Queens. The receptionist was incompetent and said "we don't do that". They have to. Legally. It's provided by my insurance so that i can have access to healthcare that I need to travel outside of Manhattan for. Unacceptable.
Regarding my recent experience, I am writing to provide feedback on the service received at your office. My initial interaction occurred at the front desk when scheduling an appointment for my mother last Friday. The appointment date provided was significantly later than my preferred timeframe. The worst i was calling from a primary care doctor office for get consultations for our patients and nobody answer or just say please hold and never return to the call and they don’t sent the faxes that we are requiring.
I wish i give her minus rating. My dad is kidney patient and on dialysis evry othe day.he is havind seizures attacks some times. I need the clearance from this doc.
