Very unprofessional and have no respect for anyones time, they are lack of communication!!! I have an appointment and no one called me to cancel the appointment or even to let me know that the office is closed, I scheduled my whole day around the appointment just to get here and there is a sign on the door that the office is close. I am seriously disappointed and I do not recommend this office. No one ever answers the phone and doctor does not call back.
It’s been almost a month and I am still waiting to receive my medical documentation. Good luck getting someone to call you back. No one answers the phone. Rude and unhelpful staff.
Advanced Neurology P.C: Irina Kogan, MD Receptionist & Staff is polite and helpful. Dr Irina Kogan, MD was quick to the point only issue I have is that I mentioned I do not take Pain Killers due to affects it has, to history of cancer in family other wise she's a good Neurologist gets things done.
