Very Unprofessional Experience On November 13, 2025, I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Irina Kogan’s office. I called them at 10:24 a.m., but they didn’t answer until 11:53 a.m. When they finally picked up, I said: > “Hello, my name is Tahmeed Chowdhury. Rude and unprofessional staff. I needed their office to call the insurance-provided car service to confirm that I had an appointment so the car would pick me up and drop me off in Queens. The receptionist was incompetent and said "we don't do that". They have to. Legally. It's provided by my insurance so that i can have access to healthcare that I need to travel outside of Manhattan for. Unacceptable.

The worst i was calling from a primary care doctor office for get consultations for our patients and nobody answer or just say please hold and never return to the call and they don’t sent the faxes that we are requiring.
