Careless doctor 😡 and very unprofessional staff.
First time at this location and the only downside is that there's no elevator! So if you have a an issue with stairs..... Be prepared to get your exercise in!!
Horrible experience, this doctor’s office is so unprofessional. They don’t ever pick up the phone, I’m not sure they know what they’re doing as far as patient care.The doctor wrote a wrong diagnosis in my chart and when I confronted her, she quickly changed it and couldn’t explain why she did that. That a serious mistake that could cost someone to lose their life. I took both medical records as proof of what she did. Horrible horrible, look for another neurologist trust me!
