I wish i give her minus rating. My dad is kidney patient and on dialysis evry othe day.he is havind seizures attacks some times. I need the clearance from this doc.
I visited Dr Logan’s office , and had a procedure done, my primary doctor never got the results and I’ve been calling, leaving messages and no call back. Unacceptable.
Dr.kogan is horrible she doesn't tend to her patient front desk very rude can never leave a MG I have been waiting for a month just to refill my prescription for Multiple Sclerosis. Someone really needs to take her license away.
It’s 10:53 in the morning on a Tuesday I have an appointment and I’ve been calling for 25 minutes. I just want to confirm their in office before I drive across ALL of Brooklyn and 3/4th of Queens to get there but no one is answering the phones all 3 lines and the mailbox is full. Unexceptable. This is the first grip and I’m never coming back 2 years of having a hard time with receptionists. Kogan and her doctors are good but her front desk team just aren’t cutting it.
