Very rude and unprofessional front desk Nataly. I was trying to schedule an appointment for a patient which she asked for specific information for billing which she doesn't even need due to the patient having Alzheimer and billing does not go directly to the patient which I explained. I asked to speak with the supervisor/ doctor, and she was unable to transfer me to leave a message due to her being in a meeting? Her being in a meeting has nothing to do with me wanting to leave a message for the doctor which she then proceeds... read more
I would agree with the few posts ahead - front staff is rude, do not follow through on anything always a goat rope and yes unprofessional - trust me, no accountability!! I asked to speak with Dr. Yasser - “she does not do that”. I was reschedule a couple times due to a lack of communication on their part - they said they communicate via emails, text and phone calls (it’s what they feel like that day, not all of the above).
