This place feels like you're cattle. They herd you in and herd you out as fast as possible. Went in for botox for migraines and was never examined. Only asked a few questions then scheduled. When I went back in for the botox administration I was brought to a room where there were filled syringes lying on the table. No signs of any vials or evidence of what had been drawn up. one star due to horizon front desk office, Aracely is top of the line unprofessional and disrespectful. All she does is give attitude back and speaks with her hand and smacks her lips. People like my Veteran father come to get help. His not aware of a lot of things. There should be no reason as to why she is the first person we see. I sat in the waiting room area and saw how rude she is. people get nervous for what they need help with. I work closely with the VA affairs; I WILL BE REPORTING THIS AND THE EVIDENCE I HAVE!!!
