one star due to horizon front desk office, Aracely is top of the line unprofessional and disrespectful. All she does is give attitude back and speaks with her hand and smacks her lips. People like my Veteran father come to get help. His not aware of a lot of things. There should be no reason as to why she is the first person we see.
