Absolutely horrible staff! 0 communication I've left several messages with no response, they are trying to bill me for a no show eventho I had called an left a message to cancel! When I do get in touch with someone on the phone I get hung up on. They don't get authorizations for medications. Do not waste your time or $$
The staff is always friendly. Just like their other locations, but this one is my 2nd favorite. The 1st being the westside!
This place is horrible waited a whole hour before being seen appointment was at 0930 and wasn't seen till 1030 almost on the dot. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating when they don't care about people's time. Literal reason why appointments exist so people can be seen at appropriate times. Doctor himself was okay. People are also nice that work here
