I’ve been thinking about making this review for a while now I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews but this one is too important to ignore. I went in for ocular migraines I had been experiencing. The nurse practitioner who saw me went into discussing medications with me right away without asking for blood work or ct scans before maybe seeing an underlying issue that could be causing them more frequently. Ever since they closed the Horizon location the wait times past scheduled appointment times is insane. I show up about 10/15 minutes before. Not the issue. Parking at the dieter location is an issue. They call you back to a room in a timely manner but you will be waiting in the exam room for at least an hour past your appointment time, everytime. The front office it just depends on who it is it is about 50/50 on if they are going to have an attitude or not. I did call to reschedule and never received a call back either. The ... read more
expressing strong negative feelings about "West Yesenia" and her behavior as a leader. They are asking me to "revise her attitude" and are critical of her statement "she's the boss and what she says”! Like come on lady please be more professional!!
