The five stars are for Elizabeth Velasquez. She is great!!! She listens and does what is best. She is excellent. The staff however are not knowledgeable at all. Expect to get passed around from one person to another on the phone. Expect to be on hold forever. Don’t expect a call back. They are not cross trained so one person can’t do another person job when they are out. I left several messages and never get a call back. Staff does not communicate with patient or with each other. I had a sleep study done about a month ago, my results came back and my information on the paperwork was incorrect. My insurance said they were invalid results. Called several times in attempt to maybe get another test done, and was scheduled an appointment. When I went in to the Lee Trevino location they tried to cover up saying the result were accurate, they can just go back in there and fix the information on the results!!! Front desk is very courteous, but hold on to your hats, because they have a medical assistant who is very, very feisty, and super rude. Diane will have no bedside manner. She will speak to you as if SHE is the one providing you the medical help and is ready to give you a scolding. I will not go into detail on what situation took place, but if you happen to be triaged by her, beware! She will treat you like you are just a piece of trash she can step all over on. I had a sleep study done since July, 2025. I never got a call back with the results. I have tried to communicate with them but nobody answer, and if by luck some extension answers and say to leave a message, right after says voice mail is full. Last month finally I was able to talk to somebody and a nurse talk to me, she gave me the results saying I stop breathing up to 36 times within an hour, and my oxygen drops down to 70! I can’t say enough good things about Brenda at the Eastside ANESC office. Every single time I come in, she’s the first person to make me feel calm and taken care of. She greets me by name the moment I walk through the door, and she always treats me with genuine kindness, not just routine politeness.
