I just finished my first appointment at the Westside office. From the beginning, I was warmly greeted by the front desk. The young man that did my vitals was very polite and professional. Next, I meet NP Bernadette Herrera, who starts with one of the warmest greetings you’ll ever receive. She was very kind and professional.
