Everyone here is very kind and understanding. They will take as long as necessary with you. They listen to your concerns and worries and give good answers to put you at ease. Not something to get you to be quiet, but real honest answers.
Everyone here is absolutely amazing! The level of care i got ( and continue to get) is beyond 5 star. Anthony the eeg tech is an major asset to this company! He has been my tech for both my visits. He has such amazing bedside manor, and makes the time truly easy! The level of compassion at this place is is unbelievable (coming from a 13 year c.n.a.) Bravo, advanced neurology, Bravo (Side note: my day tech has been the same too and she is amazing as well, just forgot her name..)
Brenda is always helpful and the staff Wakar and Cynthia rock! Berenice is an awesome NPC, explains things thoroughly and has over all made me feel better. Thanks ANESC!
We had such a great experience here. Wait time was short, staff was very pleasant and provider actually took time to listen and address our many concerns. Couldn't be happier.
I dont like that I call to see if they have received my images they haven't answered been over a week i been trying to get a hold of the front desk.And I did not like that they did not call or text a reminder about my appointment now im calling to reschedule and they do not answer I been trying for a week to get someone in the front desk to answer!!!
