First negative sign I got an appointment very quickly, while the other neurologist were 4 weeks + out. 2nd negative sign, I’m told my reflexes were too strong. Hum? 3rd negative sign… they scratched through my $80 copay and I paid $450. This outfit is a JOKE! Stay clear. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I was looking for answers, and should have realized why the appointment with other doctors took longer. It would have been worth the wait.
The worst from desk manager Mary is horrible. If you have a real question she got mad and started escalating. And yes I matched her energy after asking her to calm her tone and she didn't. Then refused to see me when I asked to speak to her supervisor
Dr. Jeremy Meisel is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He saw me for literally 5 minutes, wanted to prescribe me pills, and then sent me on my way. He was completely unprofessional and lazy. DO NOT COME HERE.
I have not actually used them, but now I never will. The bad reviews are one thing. I take them with a grain of salt because I know people are quicker to review out of anger than appreciation. However, the place responding to the reviews? Totally unprofessional! If they're that unprofessional publicly, I'd be scared to be in private with them. These doctors offices have got to start doing better!!
I can say personally, I WISH I would have read reviews before going to see Dr. Meisel first. He wasn’t personal-able. He prescribed any medication he thought would help. I would start explaining my problems and he would start writing down what he want to prescribe me. I don’t want medication I wanted solutions or causes and he ran tests and prescribed more meds.
