Normally I have a very good experience here, but today’s visit definitely deserves a review. Literally wasted our time in coming in, because it turns out my results aren’t even ready. As someone who had to take time off to drive over an hour, to then wait in an exam room for over 30 minutes to then be told my appt should have never been scheduled in the first place is insanity, especially considering this is a medical facility. Hi, I recently received care at this office and came here to applaud Dr. Gandelman and her team. They are very caring and did a very comprehensive exam. I was given a clear plan of action for what to do next. If you are looking for a great Neurologist your search should start and end with Dr. Gandelman.

Impossible to get through to them. I left typewritten instructions to forward test results to two physicians. The test results were never forwarded. I've been calling 3 days to get records released to my referring physician. No one answered the phone and no one returned my phone messages. What good is it to have Neur. Assoc. do tests if my referring physician can't get the results? Why install a telephone answering system if no one is going to pick up or return messages?
