HORRIBLE. I would not go or send anyone who is important to me here. They have no compliance team or anyone making sure they are treating patients ethically. I tried to call to rectify my issues with them and they basically told me they don't have to disclose anything and don't have to have a reason for the things they do because they are a private practice. Needless to say, I will be reporting them to Medicare because they had no problem billing my dad's insurance.
