I was seeing Dr. Sethi for 14 years things were going well until his office needed to move my yearly check up three weeks out (no issue with me) when I called two weeks later to set up the appointment they wanted to charge me a new patient fee of over $300 because it had been over a year that I had been to the office, vs my copay??!! Dr. Munzir is incredibly thorough and kind throughout my visits. He takes a holistic approach to my care and makes me feel genuinely heard and supported. I always leave feeling confident in my treatment plan—highly recommend.
I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life at this clinic. Went in for a fist visit, i’ve been seeing a neurologist for years so I had no new issues to discuss, just meeting and getting a refill on my prescription. This doctor proceeds to discuss how I am overweight and nearly obese. Mind you…I am not. He also made snarky remarks about me not having/wanting children (i'm 23) multiple times throughout the appointment. HORRIBLE. I would not go or send anyone who is important to me here. They have no compliance team or anyone making sure they are treating patients ethically. I tried to call to rectify my issues with them and they basically told me they don't have to disclose anything and don't have to have a reason for the things they do because they are a private practice. Needless to say, I will be reporting them to Medicare because they had no problem billing my dad's insurance.
