Худший офис. Ни в коем случае не обращайтесь туда с серьезными проблемами, чтобы не потерять свое время. Администратор хамит пациентам, офис не отправляет назначения на процедуры. Я в шоке, что такой офис вообще продолжает работать. Абсолютно нулевая компетентность.

Трудно пробиться через автоответчик для того чтобы сделать или отменить визит. Работники регистрации грубые, непрофессиональные, не умеющие общаться с клиентами своего офиса и даже не умные. Время ожидания своего визита более часа, а затем еще врача приходится ждать очень долгое время после общения с медсестрой. Мария Долговина настоящий профессионал, очень грамотный специалист, большое спасибо за внимание и своевременную помощь. Очень приятно находится в офисе где дружная команда и все готовы оказать помощь . Рекомендую настоящего доктора Марию Долговину.
Very long wait times! Every appointment time- morning and afternoons are extremely delayed. Dr. Lempert has great bedside manner but in 2025 who has time to sit in waiting areas for 45+mins & still be told that they will not be seen for another 30mins. This office needs to do a better job at scheduling and being respectful of patients time. For this- I would not recommend.
