I had an appointment scheduled at 9-00 am as the very first patient that day. The wait time before my procedure started was 45 minute!!!! And only after I started to complain about such ridiculous wait time. When the nurse let me inside the lab, she said that the receptionist never communicated to her about me. Катерина - проблема этого офиса . Только общение с ней по телефону провоцирует приступ мигрени . Элементарная задача назначить встречу с врачом превратилась а какой то фарс , по английский это называется gaslighting ( по русский пытаться сделать из человека идиота ) . Очень жалко когда человек теряет работу , но работа с людьми - определенно не призвание Катерины ( фамилию она не назвала) . Худший офис. Ни в коем случае не обращайтесь туда с серьезными проблемами, чтобы не потерять свое время. Администратор хамит пациентам, офис не отправляет назначения на процедуры. Я в шоке, что такой офис вообще продолжает работать. Абсолютно нулевая компетентность.

Трудно пробиться через автоответчик для того чтобы сделать или отменить визит. Работники регистрации грубые, непрофессиональные, не умеющие общаться с клиентами своего офиса и даже не умные. Время ожидания своего визита более часа, а затем еще врача приходится ждать очень долгое время после общения с медсестрой.
