I have been going to this place for probably 6-7 years and have never been late 1 time and I had an appt in Feb 2026 and was late because I had another medical appt first thing that took longer and I called and left a message letting them know and I got to the Sandusky’s office and there is only one person checking in and out and i waited 5 mins to check in then was told there was a 15 min late policy which i get the policy but there were different circumstances that I couldn’t help and they told me I could wait for an hour ... read more
Was pleasantly surprised, the office was nice and clean. Let's face facts when you need a nerve test is not going to be pleasant. The nurse was very personal and let me know how the procedure was going to go. Dr Danner was very knowledgeable and went about the needle sticks quickly, so it was over in no time with very little pain. If I would ever need another nerve test done I would use the Norwalk office again.
