Rude receptionist!!!!!! We wanted copies of report and she said we could have one the Doctor told us we could all have a copy but the receptionist would not make them for us We explained but she would not listen When I told her I was going to report her she said Well I'm Sorry
Absolutely not. The way I was treated in the whole 10 minutes I was there was unacceptable. I have a plethora of symptoms, doctor refused to hear more than two. When I told him I wanted to elaborate he became argumentative stating "actually, you've given me three symptoms" separating the mobility issues of my arm and leg as different problems, like me describing why I was there after a hospitalization was a burden. I've only had good experiences with the doctors. I go there for fibromyalgia and my mother for dimentia.
1st and only visut i will be a part of was terrible. Drs bedside manner was very bad, the worst I've ever been a part of. He was.very uncaring and insensitive, he just wanted to hurry up and be done.
