If anyone had a bad experience with this place- must've been because they had a bad day to begin with! From the time I walked in and checked in - had the MRI done and was leaving- the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly! The guy doing the MRI was nice and very professional and help keep me calm ( im a bit claustrophobic) Im sure these public services staff have bad days too esp when they have irate impatient people calling being rude or walking in with attitudes too. I will neverwaste my time scheduling any services with them. And i don't know if i can trust their reports. Also, the receptionist and the dark haired young lady behind the receptionist have the worst attitudses.. They need a customer service course or training in how to treat the people that pay their salaries. I've had xrays of the same area done at other facilities. These folks only reported an an issue with one disc when several other facilities over the past 10 years have found issues with all discs. The issue is ... read more
Horrible place from the minute you walk in the door. No greeting what so ever ! Just, do you have an appointment ? What's your name ? Throws clip board with papers, here fill these out. Your copay is $$$. Never will I go there again. Building outside and inside looks like something from the 70 's. Very outdated !! I was traumatized by the time I left ! I hope someone with some authority sees this review.
The staff was very efficient and very friendly, as well. I didn’t have to wait long to get in for my x-rays. Highly recommend Advanced MRI & Imaging in Sebring, FL.
Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Had a 1 pm appointment and they took me in on time which was appreciated.
