I would give this place a 0 rate!!! Worst costumer service experienced. This Indian girl aka JUDY/receptionist is the worst. The vibe in that place was the worse seeing that girl aka JUDY in the front desk when walking as a new patient is bad. Baby aka JUDY receptionist if you hate your job QUIT!!! You are so miserable don’t take it against us the ones that literally pays for your checks we all patients go there for a diagnosis and you make it harder on us the patients to come back!! My complaint is that they did not ask a rule out question before my appointment. I am a bigger guy and when I came in the lady at the desk had a sheer look of panic on her face and then after I told her my name she asked my weight. She then told me her machine only went to 330lbs. I walked away thinking, "Shouldn't that be in your screening questions?" So if you weigh over 330lbs don't use them.
Everyone was very professional The MRI tech was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable gave me a washcloth over my eyes that helped with the feeling of wanting to open my eyes never had any one offer that before. After reading the Meg comments I was pleasantly surprised.
The reception desk has the rudest person I have ever met. I watched her treat person after person with disrespect and talk to people on the phone (including personal business) in the most hateful, short, uncaring and unkind way. If you dislike working with the public, quit! The place would be so much better off without you and your terrible disposition. I'm sure Dawn who sits in front of you would agree!
I don't like to give negative reviews, but I've come to understand that it's the best way a customer can communicate with the owners of a business when there is an issue. I've gone into this business twice in the past two months to schedule an MRI of my knee. I injured it and it frequently swells up. On both occasions, the lady working the front desk was really frustrating. It boils down to the fact that she is not a customer-service-minded personality.
