I don't like to give negative reviews, but I've come to understand that it's the best way a customer can communicate with the owners of a business when there is an issue. I've gone into this business twice in the past two months to schedule an MRI of my knee. I injured it and it frequently swells up. The reception desk has the rudest person I have ever met. I watched her treat person after person with disrespect and talk to people on the phone (including personal business) in the most hateful, short, uncaring and unkind way. If you dislike working with the public, quit! The place would be so much better off without you and your terrible disposition. I'm sure Dawn who sits in front of you would agree!
I called this office to schedule an appointment and now I can see why they have the rating they have. Unprofessional is too good a word to use for the service I received from Judy. Immediatley after speaking with her , I decided this is not the place for me. So sad that this is what Sebring has to offer.
The office staff is very rude! Don’t answer question and hang up on you before you're finished. They had one lady in tears and she said everyone here is rude! I was ready to run out of there! The Dr. isn’t friendly, but not rude he seems to want to help you. Rudy, the technician, is wonderful! Kind, helpful and willing to listen! If it wasn’t for him I’d give this place a pass! Great job Rudy!
I haven't had an appointment at this place yet. Just going through the front desk service to inquire about an appointment, you get your head chopped off. Extremely rude dismissiveand and in short, tempered. My God why do you work at the front desk if a phone call send you into a frenzy?
