A second time trying with Advanced MRI and a second terrible experience. I had my appointment scheduled for 8/7/25 at 11:30am and I was bumped out of my spot because I didn't "confirm". 1. I didn't know I was beholden to the agency that I was paying to render my service. I would give this place a 0 rate!!! Worst costumer service experienced. This Indian girl aka JUDY/receptionist is the worst. The vibe in that place was the worse seeing that girl aka JUDY in the front desk when walking as a new patient is bad. Baby aka JUDY receptionist if you hate your job QUIT!!! You are so miserable don’t take it against us the ones that literally pays for your checks we all patients go there for a diagnosis and you make it harder on us the patients to come back!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I was scheduled for a complete MRI of my spine. The receptionist apologized for having to set up 2 different days. No problem. Cervical and thoracic day 1 and lumbar and sacral the next. Day one…went fine, day 2 went fine …Rudy the tech explained he would be doing the lumbar first and then announced the sacral imaging was starting. Whoever answers their phone is very rude and unprofessional. She kept telling me they cannot perform my MRI because I have a surgically implanted spinal cord stimulator. I kept trying to explain that I have had multiple MRI's at their office as my stimulator is MRI compatible. After putting me on hold, she discovered it had nothing to do with the implant and that they just didn't do this particular type of MRI. I asked why its been weeks and their office never notified me. My complaint is that they did not ask a rule out question before my appointment. I am a bigger guy and when I came in the lady at the desk had a sheer look of panic on her face and then after I told her my name she asked my weight. She then told me her machine only went to 330lbs. I walked away thinking, "Shouldn't that be in your screening questions?" So if you weigh over 330lbs don't use them.
