My husband and I have been going to Advanced Movement Studio for awhile now. We love going there because of the opportunity to work with Andrew Braun and Dr. Eric Wallace and Danny Rivers and Lauren Quella. AMS provides everything you need under one roof. My husband and I have workouts twice a week with Andrew and he knows how to make sure that the workouts are comprehensive so we are always working on different skills and muscle groups. Love going to Yoga classes at AMS! Beautiful facility, that offers a full range of services from traditional classes to a Physical Therapist, all provided by caring competent professionals! Small, individualized sessions!
Eric seems to know what he is doing and is very reasonably priced. After two sessions I was feeling much better and we started getting to the cause of my pain. I recommend going to him even with it being out of my insurance network.
I absolutely love everything about the Yoga Loft and Advanced Movement Studio! Everyone is really nice, the facility is gorgeous, and the yoga is challenging yet refreshing!
