10/10 experience! I met with several different companies to get a quote for a stairlift for my FIL. Scott presented a superior product, more options, and gave me a better breakdown of what else needed to be done versus other companies that didn’t share what other work would have to be done. Unfortunately, after paying the deposit, my FILs situation got worse and was no longer going to live with us. We are very pleased with the service we received. Scott was very understanding and patient with us, he also set up so we could see another chair lift prior to receiving ours. He is professional and accommodating, our chair lift was installed within 6 hrs, and everything is working properly. He explained everything in great detail to operate and maintain the chair lift.
