Advanced metal products has very poor customer service. They had our equipment for over 2 months to fix and kept putting our service order off. They told us that they are just too busy to handle our order. Once they did process our order and attempt to complete... they failed. They were instructed to weld cracks in boards and reinforce on back with metal plates. These metal boards hold people up in the air off sides of buildings.
