It’s not a medical office, it’s a rip off center. They make you pay more than your bill before you can hear your results from a cancer biopsy. Despicable.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My doctor referred me here four weeks ago. I CANNOT get a phone call returned, nor an appointment through their own website to even get seen. Nothing says "we don't value people" more than this lack of human interaction.

Wow! This place is incredibly horrible! I had a televisit with Dr. Lisa Strahm. She was average. Not good or not bad. I have gestational diabetes and was referred here by my medical group. The office staff simply DOES NOT care about patients. Dr. Strahm told me twice I would get a call from their office to schedule a weekly follow up. I was told she would put a referral for a Dietician twice. Two weeks go by and still none of this ever came to fruition. If I don't call the office, I get forgotten about. Although my endocrinologist is alright, the office staff are rude and completely incompetent. I've had to get on the phone with them several times over the past few weeks to have but one prescription straightened out and each time they screw it up. So frustrating having to do their jobs for them and coordinate between med suppliers, insurance companies and the office. On top of it all, I was questioned today ( very rudely) as to " why I needed to increase a supply amount to 10 times a day instead of 6" . This struck me as in... read more

Absolutely love Dr Aiken and her staff! I recently moved out of the area and wish I could have taken the office with me. Will miss the friendly atmosphere.
