It’s impossible to talk to someone over the phone when they NEVER pick up.
A place to visit only out of necessity, but it's extremely unpleasant. I waited an hour to get into my first appointment even though I arrived 30 minutes early. And when I finally got in, the doctor Bailey didn't know anything about me. He asked me, "How are you doing with your thyroid medication?" (It was my first appointment there, and I'm not currently taking any medication). Actually got in to see endocrinologist after re-appointing due to managerial faux pas. Tried to call to confirm a second appointment and was put on hold for 12 minutes. My assumption is they really don't want to do business so I will no longer deal with them.
