A total disaster from start to finish. And it wasn’t just one bad experience—it was several. The first time I went, the doctor practically talked over me and didn’t even let me explain what I needed. They prompt you to use their portal for new patient appointment, but the calendar does not work. I tried calling, the rude Indian guy can't find me in system, do not let me give him my medical number, and questioning me why I think I need endocrinologist, why I have not seen any family doctor ( I am PPO). And ask me why my Kaiser information is not in their system (Completely different systems). And refused me to transfer me to anybody else. So
1st appointment they asked me to come early which I did by 30 mins only for them to be late by 30 mins for my apt I left made a second apt if their late even by 10 mins they've lost me as client and I'll be sure to tell everyone to stay away . Not being in top is most unprofessional thing you can do respect people time we all have finite number of hours and minutes alive away from our love ones.
I can not say enough positive things about this center. The professionalism and care from front desk to seeing the amazing Roya Jannesari. They care, they really care. For the first time in years I don’t feel like a number. Thank you! Updated 2 years later- still amazing- life changing experience.
