First impressions were terrible, but I am very happy that I was willing to give them a second chance and everything has worked out so far. Here's hoping the relationship stays positive. -=Pros: Their staff works VERY quickly on the backend works with getting Rx, preauth, and PAP (etc), done. Both the treatment I did NOT want, and the one we ended up continuing were finished and ready to ship out within just a week or two. Very impressed on that front. From my first contact with this office Elizabeth DeMille, PA-C has shown both interest and determination the source and solutions to some of my health conditions. She has been thorough in her efforts, speaking with me, not down to me. Her staff assistant, Jenny is equally friendly and thorough in her dealing with both DeMille and myself. Visit this office and these professionals with confidence.

I got lost on my way to an appointment with Dr. Saifee. Jenny was amazing as she directed my driving over the phone. She treated me with understanding and concern. The entire appointment was wonderful with Jenny and Elizabeth answering all my questions and giving most helpful advice. Catherine Muntean.
