Rude front desk clerk. She didn’t specify directions of where my workers medication was transferred to and was rolling her eyes when I asked for help to be able to receive what was needed.
I have to say they’ve been wonderful as my primary physician keeps getting my prescription wrong. She walks it across the parking lot to them and gets it corrected, then fills it for me. I will continue to use Advanced.
AMMS has been great lately! Erlinda (hope I spelled that right) makes sure I get my medicine to me as soon as she sees I have it waiting! Thank you staff at AMMS for making my experience there positive!
The older woman is very rude . you shouldnt laugh at customers. She was not helpful at all . someone should show her proper customer service skills. And maybe teach her some manners.
