This service is terrible. I told them I needed a mask for two weeks and they did nothing. Finally, I spoke to my doctor and told them they had to send me the form to request a new mask, and nothing. When I went to return the machine, they told me I was returning it because I needed a mask, and they were just about to give it to me. They made me wait more than two weeks to tell me that.
