Waiting 5 days and no oxygen or concentrator delivered to my home. In the Magnolia Hospital in Corinth MS for third time. Congested Heart Failure and oxygen level at 74 for the lowest. Mary Saemenes 01/26/51
Great staff who go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have been a customer for several years, and am so pleased with their prompt service, and helpful staff.
Sells bpap but either unable or unwilling to troubleshoot and resolve the customer’s issues Either support the customer or find a different job! Poor customer support and care will be the main reason for companies losses in revenue and eventually they will close down because of it
took a cpap machine in that was making some noise when it was being used. They took at look at it and said nothing was wrong with it and suggested I try a new hose and/or mask. I had already tried that. No solution. Won't use them again.
There office has the newest medical equipment and their customer service is VERY polite. The GM is very concerned with patients receiving the best care. They are very quick on handling your needs but, I thought their office wasn't the best organized. Still my recommendation for #1.
