Oh my gosh…was in a situation where we needed help with a piece of equipment ASAP, and the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping with our issue. Well above the scope of standard customer service, she was helpful and gracious in providing a solution. So grateful for the help, especially in pressing matters of medical equipment.
Great team to work with! I recently started CPAP therapy and was referred to AMS by my sleep doctor. They had exactly what I needed and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know. Highly recommend them for their expertise and support.
Update Just talked to the actual office. We are still under warranty and she was extremely polite and is going to get with the technician to get it fixed or changed. Thank y'all so much. We received a Manual Hoyer Lift August 29,2025. It hasn't even been a full 6 months. I just spoke to an after hour person and was told that if it's not under warranty then we may have to pay out of pocket for a new one. The lower lever and the handle to lift are both going out. Excellent customer service provided at West Nashville office. These reviews by no means reflect mine or my sister's experience. Always willing to help when we go into the office, answers every questions, supplies always in stock, and staff very knowledgeable about billing. 10/10
Wonderful service! I mistakenly received the incorrect cpap mask via mail and went into the the Nashville office to exchange the item. I dealt with Nikki who was very kind and resolved all of my issues. In hearing of the incorrect supplies, the GM Danni came from the back and personally apologized and updated my chart to ensure this doesnt happen again. Very personable, kind, and prompt in their care.
