Beware of Billing dept. I received bill with due date before bill date with Late charges. this is a constant thing not a one-time thing watch your bills close and keep track of every cent you send them.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had Wednesday off and was going to be in Orem anyway.  Tried to call after they “opened” but got no answer so I left a message.  Didn’t get a call back until 6 hours later so I drove back to Orem only to be greeted with come back Monday when your insurance will approve replacement supplies. Sorry but I work on Monday and I am here today. All I wanted was to see what options were available to replace my “discontinued” cpap supplies. I couldn’t care less about ins... read more

run as fast as you can away from them. They're the worst. Order supplies and it takes forever to get delivered and then takes forever for them to bill you. Worst service ever

Great customer service!! If they don't have an answer they try to find one. They try their best at what they do and figure out what they can do to help customers!
