After my original GP quit practice we were grateful and referred to dr Esterbauer, unfortunately getting in for an appointment is impossible as no one ever answers the phone , it’s been almost a year since referral and still have yet to get in. This forces us to go to walk in clinics or urgent care. Highly considering changing docs if it wasn’t so difficult.
Dr. Pauls was my GP for about 16 months. After my third negative appt. with this doctor, I had to make the choice to find a new medical team. He refused to treat both me and my son for Covid , even though I am over 65 and have asthma & scar tissue in one of my lungs. This resulted in a severe case of Covid for me, including treatment with steroids, and long term symptoms for months. My son ended up being admitted to hospital with Covid pneumonia for a week. Dr Pauls is great and staff is always helpful and friendly!
Dr. Esterbauer and staff are welcoming and efficient. My former GP retired and I was fortunate to be welcomed by Advanced Medical practise. It is great to have a GP who has no problem getting to the bottom of medical issues with his patients.
Happy atmosphere, Dr does a lot of referrals to verify conditions, then does follow ups with patients. If concerns will contact patient directly to explain. For me and my spouse, Dr Pauls has been excellent. Downside, cannot leave messages and parking is a problem.
