Shelby should be on everyone's maintenance schedule for good health. I have been seeing her off and on for year's. When I don't see her, stress gets the better of me and I have less energy and my general good nature gets decidedly more cloudy. It is a pity that insurance companies do not understand how essential massage is to the wellbeing of all.
Shelby's done a wonderful job (and over many sessions). Great at listening to symptoms, and an amazing massage!
