Go somewhere else. Not sure if this doctor knows what she’s doing. I came in with a herniated disc and she made it ten times worse. She knew of my issue and aggravated my disc more and more every time I came in. I’ve seen two other chiropractors in Reno and both know how to adjust without aggravating it. I think Melissa Perotti knows how to take your money. But doesn’t know proper skills for chiropractic care.
My husband and I love Dr Perotti! I’ve gone for both pregnancies and she helps manage my back and sciatic pain! It’s also a kid friendly office and I am able to take my 2yr at old daughter with me!
I had a great experience at Advanced Health. After a jiu jitsu injury in my shoulder I needed rotator cuff repair and had a torn bicep. Surgery went ok but I still had tendonosis in my shoulder. I received stem cell injections from Advanced Health and my shoulder is almost completely healed and is still healing. I highly recommend Advanced Health to anyone.

If you're in pain, call AHC. They can get you in immediately and all the ladies are extremely helpful. Dr. Perotti has miracle hands and can put you back in place. This is my home away from home.
