I wish I could give negative stars. Have bill from 2023 that worker's comp. paid and they still haven't zeroed out the balance. They even sent me to collections. I have called 15 times about it and multiple time asked for supervisor and they tell me they are unavailable and will call me back. They NEVER have!! Avoid them at all cost. I hope that Memorial of Sweetwater rethinks using them as their radiology billing
i’ve tried to pay online through their app, I have tried to call them and pay, I have gone to their website to pay. Nothing seems to work.
They will send your bill to collections without sending a bill or anything. Every time I go here billing department does not know how to do there job. I would drive to Salt Lake city ut to get everything thing done. Just don't go.
I have had nothing but problems trying to pay my bill called over 10 times on different days.
Needs a better building system put into place!
