They don’t treat patients of color the same so if u need help they gonna make you wait and minimize what your telling them.
Our family is devastated by the loss of my father after his hospitalization. He remained in the hospital for approximately 12 hours before suffering a cardiac arrest due to careless nurses and staff. Waiting for cardiac catheterziation for 12 hours with high troponins and pauses before arrest. If someone wants to die go to CCMC.
Our family member DIED, and we believe this hospital’s negligence played a part in it. We trusted them with someone we loved, and that trust cost us everything. I would NEVER bring another family member here, especially for a serious heart condition. If you care about your loved one, go somewhere else — Community Regional or Saint Agnes. We are angry, heartbroken, and disgusted with the care our family received. No family should ever have to go through what we are going through.
Absolutely the worst hospital I have ever experienced. I’m from SoCal and was here in Fresno to visit family and friends. Unfortunately I fell and exasperated a current injury in my lower back which ended me up in the ER. I was given 2 shots of Fentanyl and 2 shots of Percocet within the first 3 hours. I had a 2in x 3in skin tear on my arm which wasn’t treated until the day I was discharged. I told them the pain medication worked and I wanted to get discharged.
