Excellent, friendly staff and great selection of equipment. We were given a thorough explanation of the operation of the chair we selected and would recommend this business for your DME needs! Our 2nd visit on 2/6/26, for another piece of equipment, was a pleasant repeat of our 1st. Helen & Angelica were very helpful, pleasant, patient and thorough. You can't go wrong!!
This was a very satisfactory experience. I was able to visit their facility where Helen explained the procedure that would take place. They allowed me to test drive the scooter as well. Helen kept me updated as the process went along. Adam delivered the scooter to my house, carefully went through the procedure to disassemble and reassemble the scooter, was very patient and cooperative. I gladly give them a 5 star rating for both Helen and Adam, as well as the company.

I’d give more stars! Friendly & professional services - facilities & equipment are top notch. Came here for a last minute scooter rental for a family member. From the front desk to Alex. This was a top notch experience and will definitely return here as my go to in the future.
