I met an ergonomic engineer at this location to help choose a scooter and human easy chair. It took over an hour and half while they were not busy for one of there inept and scatterbrained stafff to get my info so she could provide bvr with a quote for those two items.Mind you the engineer with me helped me. My items were authorized and a po provided over a month ago. I still have nnothing. In fact they dont return calls, come to find out it takes 3 days to get the scooter.
