Bad experience! – They are very active in collecting their money. But when I tried to get them to pick up equipment from the nursing home after my mom died, I had great difficulty . They could not get it together to pick up the equipment even though I called them many times and explained to them it was costing us $300 a day for the room as long as the bed was there!
