The office could not be run more poorly – emailed through their website twice to get an appointment, never got a response. Finally called and made an appointment, showed up for the appointment and they had canceled it because they do not take my insurance. No one left a message/emailed/contacted me. I had a missed call from a random number a few days prior- if I was cancelling a client's medical appointment I would make sure to confirm it with them but that's me.

i waited for more than 1 and 20 minutes to be called for a visit without any update from the staff, i left and after 15 minutes they called me back without even asking if i wanted to reschedule. They do not confirm the appointment unless you call the office and they lack of any instrument as my chart to store test done in their facility as well they do not provide enough info on how to retrieve them.

I've been with Dr. Marina Neystat for about 12 years now. She is a very patient and caring doctor. Dr. Neystat was the doctor that diagnosed my Fibromyalgia and I've been with she ever since. She tries her best to give me the right medication to help me with my Fibromyalgia pain. We've been through quite a bit of different medications.
