RecommendedDr. McLennan is the best doctor around. I have been a patient for over 30 years. He has been the doctor for my kids, friends, and even my parents plus other relatives and has done an amazing job. 10 Stars is not enough. It is hard to believe anyone would leave a poor review. He is extremely knowledgeable as is Mona, his assistant. The best doctor in Reno!
The front office staff has never been courteous or kind. I am VERY unhappy with the service I've received at this office. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to think that this is the way of the future. I would NOT recommend Dr. McLennan or anyone in his office to anyone. They are more concerned with the bottom line than with the health of their patients. Absolutely ZERO patient relation skills.
Love this office! Doctor runs on time and very personable.
Be sure to plan in advance when you are going to be sick because it could be four or five days until they can find someone to see you. I'm looking for a new doctor's office.
