I paid for a 2 hour hot stone massage and didn't receive the service paid for. I had the worst massage experience of my life. The massage therapist had long fake nails that were sharp points. She couldn't use her fingers to massage and only elbowed me and scratched me with her nails. The music was LOUD electronica. Felt like I was walking into a night club rather a massage parlour.
