Good products, lack of customer service - "Be patient" is not a satisfactory answer to requesting an ETA
I buy from this company every week and I think they are awesome, most knowledgeable people in the mobile electronics industry. Excellent customer service from the sales desk to the warehouse staff. The owners are there everyday and are the most down to earth guys I ever met as well as the funniest. This place has been around over 30 years as an iconic name in the industry who strives to be on the leading edge of technology.
