Do not work with them. Had simple work to replace ac air drier, they damaged both ac lines and double charged me. At the end of the next day had to go to different shop and they repaired everything in 2 hrs.
end of the day they called us and asked to do a work with overtime rate , we rejected to pay overtime, waited till next morning and next morning they told us they cant do a work. "GREAT" ! Dont recommend to use them for any type of service , even for oil change ! ! ! They also charged us for diagnostics but they haven't even touched a truck. There is Palmetto and Stone truck repair better to use them, they fixed our truck.
No good. 2 days waiting and then they say they cant fix my truck.
DID THERE OIL CHANGE , OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE AFTER 1 MILE ON ROAD GOT MASSAGE LOW OIL PRESSURE, NO OIL IN ENGINE, HAD TO CALL TOWING AND REJECTED TO REIMBURSE TOWING, REPLACED FILTER AND THAT IT. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TRUCK. IF YOU'LL BE THERE SAY HI TO ALEXIS AND ADAM , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !
This place is a joke, they are taking as many truck as they can and later bouncing them of stating not enough man power.
Poor customer service. Promised to performed a work at certain amount of time and bounced of truck after 28 hrs of waiting, stating it took them a while to check for parts availability.
Send a truck for repairs. Office girls were holding a truck for 3,5 hrs to get an estimate, later offered after hours rate, when we said its not a rush we will wait , mechanic offered to do it on side cheaper.
