Unprofessional.
Do not recommend long you getting paid for job what all matters just cause I had a new part putted on and they rejected didn’t want to work on truck and very rude and hung up after and he claim he the owner no service will be done by me since my money not good enough and then going to ask me did we just talked a while ago dude like don’t mix me up with your other truck services you did
I’ve always seen them come out to the truck parked next to me over the years here in Greenville but every time I’ve ever called, I can’t seem to get any on-site service. Not once.
My company called them out for a no start. The hydraulic pump locked up. I ordered all the parts they swapped them out. Get the truck the hydraulic boom didn't work. Took it to to a hydraulic shop and the say the pump is looked up. Called Advance and the tell me if I dont pay the i voice they will file a lean and pickup my truck. Then thell me that if I pay 500 of the 900 invoice the will consider the matter closed. Well no. I have used them for years to service and inspect my 2001 Bluebird All American. I've only had one issue over the pricing of a job a few years ago when I dropped the bus off with them(was charged two hundred dollars more than I was told it would cost to fix an electrical issue), otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.
