The Shop manager is a class A undesirable, while the service manager is a class B undesirable… the one bright spot in this Desert of humanity and professionalism is Payton the service Technician. Who is a true gentleman…. In short after spending two days and $3200. My truck issue was not completely resolved. so avoid this shop like the plague …
Cccc CDL school did not find a truck we Where to pick. It was still in the shop.
Very up front and honest people. Took my trailer there for an axle repair. Instead of price gouging me they pointed me in the right direction for a cheaper/easier fix they could have easily done a more expensive fix and I wouldn’t have known any different. Very helpful and kind people. Would recommend
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! A-WORST 1!! A few days ago, about Sep 15th, 2023, i stopped by Advance maintenance Jacksonville, NC location to request for a service on the lift gate for my box truck. They came out and tried to diagnose/fix the problem. The lift gate was on the floor, still attached but not moving up. It took the technician about 3hrs from diagnosing, getting a new part and trying to fix it. It did not work!!!
