I agree with the other reviews here. Really bad service. They were three hours late for a mobile appointment. We told them our truck wasn't getting fuel. Finally, when they showed up, they said it wasn't getting fuel and they can't help. $500 bill. Amazingly unprofessional.
Have been great to my company fleet. Timely repairs and easy scheduling. Don’t waste their time, they definitely won’t waste yours
My company call them to fix my truck on 6/29/2023. The guy they sent was name Bill and I must say he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Slamming doors on the company van he was driving, cursing, slamming things down, etc. I can't control how my employer chooses to spend their money, however I definitely don't recommend them.
Buyer beware. Example, there are decent people working hard and decent companies that hire decent people… this company is a classic example of a all too common problem with the mobile road service industry jacking of drivers unneccessarily. bought a new radiator the week before my oil cooler pump blew a gasket freightliner cascadia, they wanted to replace my radiator. The road service guy told me onething told my company something else. Why???
