The office manager does not respond to voicemails, emails directly to her or the office website. When I expressed my concern about a billing issue she said it wasn't an issue any more and when I asked how would I know if she hadn't told me and she just hung up. I had to knock on the window 20 mins after my appointment time and that is when I was given paperwork to fill out. Employee name calling, lying to patients and very disrespectful to his staff and patients. Run far away from this office! I had to give a star for review, but he deserves NOTHING!!! This coming from an ex employee.
Our appointment was at 2.30pm. We arrived at 2 sharp. 4.55 pm and still on the waiting room.
