I moved from out of state and had some dental pain so I went to Dr Patel out of convenience because the office was so close to my home. I could not be happier with how it turned out. The entire staff from front office to hygienist to endontist are all so nice and understanding. It's a judgement free zone; they really just want to help. I could not be happier having Advanced Lisle Dental as my dentist. The entire staff is always professional, kind, and organized. Dr. Patel and his staff do amazing work, and he always fully explains all options while keeping my best interests in mind. I feel very comfortable and in good hands whenever I am due for a dentist trip. I highly recommend everything about Advanced Lisle Dental!
I had two implants done through this place, and they both broke in about two years. The first implant broke, and they tried to fix it, making it worse. It was left as is, and there was no solution. The second implant broke due to poor implant quality. This has cost me thousands of dollars and a lot of inconvenience. I have changed my doctor. Usually, I don't write reviews, but I don't want anyone to go through this.
Advanced Lisle Dental has truly been my saving grace. For those that know me, they know I have a true fear of dentists, but I have to admit from day 1 Dr. Patel and his staff placed my mind at ease about maintaining my oral health. Not only is he honest, and gives realistic expectations, he and his staff also make sure that you are comfortable with every step of the process. I no longer have anxiety about going to the debtist.
