Michelle and the team at Advanced Liposuction were beyond fantastic to work with. Michelle is very honest and friendly to work with and her schedule availability is very accommodating. She is also very communicative during the whole pre-op and post-op periods. The surgical staff were kind and caring and made the entire situation comfortable. The procedure and recovery went exactly as explained with no surprises. One week post surgery and have little pain or discomfort. So far, an excellent experience!

Michelle and Dr. Giraldo did a great job on my abdominal area and flanks. The process went smoothly and I'm at 2 weeks post-op and recovering normally. The pre-op and post-op instruction is excellent. All meetings are informative and beneficial. Procedure was done at their facility and was much better and less expensive than in the hospital! I'm 65. Surgery done on 3/10.

Liposuction is not what it i used to think it was. This is the Best liposuction place in Pittsburgh. They have the non-invasive body contouring and body wraps but the way to go is the very minimally invasive water jet lipo, its like as big as a needle hole, virtually no downtime.
