My wife and I got labs done because we were told and reassured it would be covered our insurance. First round went fine, and they suggested we do a follow up second test. It wasn't until after the second test that we got hit with charges on both, now we are on the hook for almost $700. Not as cost effective as they claim because they didn't specify that only the lab testing portion is fully covered.
