Great company for lightning protection products. Not so great in getting answers regarding their steel products. Engineering response time causes me to look elsewhere for products as the industry does not give me the time it takes to get an answer from ALT. It seems that they don't care about the urgency of my projects. I will still buy lightning protection products from them though.
