Chris was amazing to work with. My pool water levels were dropping dramatically and I was worried I had a break in my line. Chris ran a sonar test, dye testing and determined there were holes in my liner. Not only did he identify the problem, he jumped into the water and patched the holes himself. I’d say 4.5 outta 5. Kind of slow to text back, but it’s not like he has a call center answering his phone. Came by quick and patched a liner hole. We were still losing water. Came back again and found a leak in light housing. Checked other possible failures. Good to go. Professional with a bit of chit chat. Let him cook. He’ll get the job done.

Very unprofessional, made an appointment with him he asked me all the questions. The other companies did so he knew what he was coming to look at made it all the way to my driveway and called me to tell me he parked in my driveway. 10 minutes later he left And won’t answer my phone calls or return my calls. Come on man if the job is too big for you at least have the courtesy just say it don’t just that’s very unprofessional.

Pool leaked over the Winter until almost all the water was gone when we opened pool this Spring. Chris came out during marginal weather conditions and found and patched our leak within 30 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago and the pool liner has been working perfectly since. Chris uses an electronic device to find leaks. This was much faster and more effective than the old blue dye technique.
