Steve had me booked immediately, I was still troubleshooting my water issue, but was thinking a pipe leak, as I had one earlier in the year. The next day a fire broke out and I was preoccupied. Steve not only still made it out the next day for the apt he helped me finish figuring out the problem. It ended up not being a leak but he quickly described how he would find one if I needed him again … The fact he uses air over gasses is huge positive in my opinion.
I had a great experience with Steve from Advanced Leak Detection Services. From the start, Steve responded quickly to my request for service and always provided prompt responses to my text messages. Steve was able to detect a couple of leaks that needed plumbing repairs/replacements. The last leak requires some considerable labor from the landscaper to isolate where the pipe needs to be capped off so I'll update this review once that has been resolved. Thanks, Steve!
