Roxanne is by far the kindest, most thorough, and professional laser technician I have ever met. She is knowledgeable in the science of hair growth, and will educate you on the process. If you want to be treated with a real, medical grade laser, go to this clinic. You won’t regret it!

I went to Advanced Laser Clinic in Ottawa for my husband's acne scar treatment using the PicoWay laser machine. During the initial consultation, we were told that this machine is exclusive to their clinic and highly effective for acne scars. We asked how many sessions he would need and what kind of results he could expect. They said three treatments should be enough, but they couldn’t guarantee results and pointed that he may need extra session or two. I went to this clinic for a tattoo removal and I’m super satisfied. It’s all gone. The staff is nice and the place is super clean. I highly recommend.
Had a small tattoo removed from my hand a while back and the results are amazing! I forget i even had the tattoo. The team there was incredibly nice and helpful.
